Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products, even if its been used, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange!
To return a product:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide us with your order number and the reason for the return
- Return the product to us in its original packaging.
We do not cover the cost for return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- Products that have been damaged cannot be returned.
- We assume customers will try the perfumes and / or beard oils, we won't accept refund if they have been used more then 20%
- Products that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
- Products that are returned after the 30-day return period has expired cannot be returned.
